Our Mission

To provide strong leadership and effective empowerment for youth, especially young girls and women in rural areas of Uganda, through education, healthcare services, and humanitarian aid.

Our Vision

To create a future where every child in Uganda has access to quality education, healthcare, and opportunities to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Our Commitment

We are committed to extending formal education services, health services, and aid to underserved communities, focusing on orphans, differently abled children, and young mothers.

Our Story

From Humble Beginnings to Nationwide Impact

RUFA GLOBAL ORGANIZATION was founded in 2018 by a group of passionate Ugandan social activists who recognized the urgent need to support vulnerable communities across the country. What began as a small initiative to provide school supplies to children in Kampala's slums has grown into a nationwide movement.

In our first year, we supported 200 children with educational materials. By 2025, we have impacted over 32,000 children across Uganda through our various programs in education, healthcare, women empowerment, and humanitarian aid.

Our name, RUFA, represents our core values: Resilience, Unity, Future, and Action. These principles guide every aspect of our work as we strive to raise the future generation of Uganda.

With over 15 years of experience in community development, Sarah leads RUFA's strategic vision and oversees all program implementation.

Women Empowerment Lead

Grace specializes in designing and implementing programs that empower women and girls across rural Uganda.

Robert builds strategic partnerships with organizations, donors, and government agencies to expand RUFA's impact.
